Ben GrayOwner Ben Gray is the founding father of the current organization. He and his late wife, Yvonne, joined the organization as partners in 1971 and later purchased it outright in 1978. Merging Allied Towel and Central Chemical. Ben has built the business from small humble beginnings in West Louisville to one of the region’s premier and most respected distributors. When Procter and Gamble came looking for a Louisville partner in 2001, they saw the integrity instilled into the organization by Ben and selected Allied to be their partner in the region. Ben handed the reins to his only son Bill a few years ago, but he is still the first person in the office every day and spends his time guiding the team with his wisdom. |

Bill GrayPresident Bill Gray attended Eastern High School and the University of Louisville earning a BA in Economics. Bill was put to work in the family business at an early age, becoming an official employee while in high school. He started as a delivery driver and working in the warehouse. Throughout his college years, Bill worked in the business wherever he was needed, sales, deliveries or in the office. In 1992 officially became a sales representative until being promoted in 1996 to Vice President. Bill’s duties at that time included purchasing, sales management and operations. In 2010 Bill was named President of the company responsible for all facets of the operation. Bill is dedicated to customer service and providing a family atmosphere for his employees. Bill is also a visionary and in 2011 asked a long time college friend and customer to join him in growing Allied to the next level. |

Charlie HallVice President Charlie Hall, CBSE attended the University of Louisville and California Coast University earning a BS in Management. He has over 24 years of operations and business development experience in retail, banking and the facility services industry. In 1993 Charlie was a founding partner of Professional Cleaning Network, LLC in Louisville. He has been involved in the start- up of several other facility service companies and in 2005 sold his primary business to a 1400 employee regional janitorial company, Aetna Building Maintenance of Columbus, Ohio. Charlie then assumed the role of Branch Manager for Aetna in Louisville and Central KY. In 2006, Charlie joined FMS Commercial Cleaning and over a 5 year period developed FMS from a 90 employee company to a 650 employee company and the largest locally owned provider of janitorial services in Louisville. In joining Allied in 2011, Charlie brings a vast amount of resources to the team. |
